The dryer was working fine, I opened the door waited about 5 minutes and then pushed the start button and nothing happened. We have done some checks-- There is power to the dryer where the cord is connected The switch has power but does not when it is pushed in The door switch clicks when pushed and it appears to be ok

Crystal, by the numbers you posted, this looks to be an electric dryer. The first thing I would check is the thermal fuse. This is located behind the back panel to the left of the vent. You can jump the wires going to it to make sure this is the problem, but don't leave it like that. Im going to attach a photo, compliments of the Samurai. Let us know if this is the ticket...Ron![]()
