My washer constantly stops at 2 minutes remaining and flashes "2" and "F". What does the "F" mean? Also, when we open the door of the front-load washer, there is water that is still remaining, and the clothes are very damp. The drum also seems very loose, and I was told that it is not supposed to be able to move around, but my drum is. Also, we had someone come take a look, and they cleaned the pump apparently, but it is still malfunctioning, except with less water remaining when the washer stops at 2 minutes remaining. Please help, our washer has been broken for about 1-2 weeks. Also, would repairing it be less efficient than just buying a new washer?

Oh and also, I just saw the 10 commandments, so here is my model number for my Kenmore Elite HE-3t washer: 110.42926 200 Type: 199 AKP 702/GT Thanks. P.S. The washer is now displaying "Control Locked". What does this mean?

F/02 Long Drain If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed. NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
I'd be looking at the pump again..... Here's the JOB AID for the Whirlpool version of this machine, lots of help on accessing the pump etc.

On these washers, there is a drain filter located front-bottom-center. It can be accessed by removing three screws on the bottom front of the washer. A friend of mine has a washer that was giving her a fit and I fixed it in under an hour. I found a child's sock, a quarter, and a bunch of junk it it. If you are getting this error, I would check this first.
