Washing Machine - Cold Water Clogged  Rate Topic

Shut off the water, and remove the the hoses from the washer. Then open up the cold valve and see if you get good flow through  the hose. If you don't have good flow, remove the hose from the faucet and test again.Then look in the end of the water valve(where you took off the hoses) and see if there is some debris in the screens. If so, clean them out, reinstall your hoses, and test machine. Make sure the water supply valves are open, and check for leaks.

If that don't work, replace the fill valve assm, It's about $20
