If the washer keep filling but it never gets full, just fills and fills but the water lever does not rise,  and the water is not going onto the floor, check your drain hose where it goes into the house drain.  If there is not an air gap around the drain hose the sewer system will syphen the water out of your washer while it is filling.  Also make sure the end of the drain hose is higher than the water level in the washer. If this is not what it is doing, please advice and correct what I am understanding.  Pegi
