Hello Good Folks, This is mostly a follow-up to let you know the WASHER is "acting" like NEW again! Carole said the laundry hasn't spun as dry NOR did they feel like all the soap was out of them for some time. They are drying nice and SOFT. Makes me wonder if there wasn't a problem from the beginning. She said she had been getting SUD for some time but always did an EXTRA RINSE, especially on towels. I suspect there was a problem a long time ago but she never took it to be a trouble code AND she is using so little soap she wondered if it wasn't enough to get the clothes clean. Last Friday was the first time she saw error code F:02 and that's when she told me of the problem. The rest is history! Thanks again for ALL the help and insight to possible solutions! Best, Ron & Carole
