thats not a correct model number.short of buying the part and checking to see what the values are you will not find this info. replace the part.

I have found no reference to that model number either in Sears USA or the service matters site, is this the complete model number off of the model/serial tag??..We have no access to info for products from Australia. .manufacturers usually do not give information about the values of the components of their boards as they want you buying the new part, not repairing the broken one. This said, we would appreciate more respect for the tech's on this board who try to help in their own time either from home or between service calls at their place of work...if you cannot show respect for the members in this forum when you receive an answer you do not like then I would suggest you post your questions elsewhere...

Since you know it all I suppose you will never ask another question. You obviously miss the point of this site. You must be some sort of engineer. I remember once going on a microwave call--the lights not working. Checked the bulbs and they were bad. The guy actually and proudly admitted he was an electrical engineer and something else had to be wrong with mw and did not want to pay me. Imaging, an electrical engineer not knowing a bad light bulb. I guess in your case, you would have restrung the filament. This site is not for you know it alls. It for the humble novices who want and appreciate some help diagnosing the failed part and how to replace it. So as Pegi stated, go somewhere else. We don't want you.

hmmmm lets see....... go to a customers house find a fried board in the appliance. take a 20 min drive to radio shack and buy 3 resistors swap into the "faulty" board and pray that nothing else on it is fried. cost of parts = 3.00 mark them up to 10.00 and then charge for a service call AND give a warranty for the work done??? so to sum it up 15-25mins to diagnose problem, 40 min round trip to radio shack, 10-15 mins to sauter in the resistors, and 50/50 chance if its gonna work. all that for 7 dollars part profit and 50-70$ service call chg.(which im sure someone like you would complain with comments like "youre charging this much for 15mins of sautering?") I THINK NOOOOOOOT!!!! buddy......come on. do you really think someone trying to make an honest living is gonna go through that for a non-friend/family person???? give your head a shake. i agree with you in the part of troubleshooting vs parts repair/replace. all we can do is work with the resources available to us which are bound by safety regulations and warranty restrictions (no non-OEM parts. design or part alteration will void warranty) they really dont kid about that appliance techs are there to diagnose and replace faulty parts. not to rebuild/bandaid/fix it with duct tape. you are blaming the service ppl for the manufacturers' designs that in turn are the same companies that provide the replacement parts and labelling us with comments like monkeys. how do you expect an appliance repair company to be legally responsible/liable for what happens to the appliance repaired for a years worth of warranty if the part installed is questionable? ppl threaten to sue for a nick on their hardwood floors these days. now ironically the resistors from radio shack and the ones on the 300$ board are probably from the same distributor in taiwan but the board comes in a fancy FSP or whirpool stamped box and thats how you get 1 year warranty after we leave the house. i dont blame my mechanic for charging 700$ because of the bad fuel pump and fautly fuel gauge in my chev van. it was chev who decided to make the pump and sender unit built into the fuel tank.
