the class action settlement was for 15 million, 5 mil going to the lawyers.Sears appealed, never heard what the final figure ended up being. I got a check for 1200 last week. That is about 3 months worth of what they cheated me out of. Lying cheating weasels, all...Unless you are desperate for work or credibility, avoid these folks at all cost.Thats my .02

My check only amounted to $117.00 for one year of service. I am still waiting for a check from Maytag for the same kind of Class Action lawsuit.
