My whirlpool LSQ9564JQO has a similar problem.  Water still in tub after washing complete. I defeated interlock on lid and watched spin cycle. Seemed too slow (wife says it used to spin much faster)  I am mechanical (elevators for 37.5 yrs) So should I go this route?  Thanks for good tips.
