Ok, remove the front panel at the bottom of the washer (two screws at the floor). You'll see a manilla envelope with a tech sheet in there. Grasp and remove. The tech sheet may have the troubleshooting chart for this error. Lemme know.

O.K. I removed the panel and pulled that paper work. There was a magnet that I saw in the door I assume this is the magnet that is supposed to be in the dispenser drawer but I'm having a hard time reading the schematic to figure out where it goes
