WHIRLPOOL MODEL ED22DQXENO1 -YR 1-96

Look on the bottom of the frame, should be two slots to insert a small screw driver into to twist and pop the frame to access the rest of the disp. Be careful Sears site says the frame is not a servicable part....

Pegi is right about the removel of the cover.The problem with the flapper that i experiance is that the pin falls out of place.This can be fixed easly.
