Probably not but could be, does the broil work? If the whole oven is dead might have blown a fuse. Unplug the range, remove the bake element and ohm it out to see if it is dead or not, then let us know what you find.

Not to say this pertains to your oven but here one of several service pointers from WP addressing this problem.

Whirlpool open documents, anyone can access these, however here is a copy/paste of the service pointer. Again, not saying this goes to your model number... Oven not operating (thermo-disc failure) COMPLAINT: CAUSE: Oven exhaust heat is escaping from the top of the oven door because the door is not sealing properly. This warmer air is being pulled into the blower fan and pushed across the therms-disc causing it to open. CORRECTION: Order and install service kit (instructions included) as followed: Oven Design Kit Number 24" Single Oven 814531 24" Double Oven 814532 27" Single Oven 814533 27" Double Oven 814534 30" Single Oven 814535 30" Double Oven 814536

Here is a link to your tech sheet, need to trace back to see where you have lost power to the oven, suspect a fuse of some sort since the oven just used hi-temps in self clean.. On page 5 of this tech sheet: OVEN SHUTDOWN THERMAL FUSE The oven shutdown thermal fuse is located at the back of the oven. It will shut down the elements if the temperature at the back of the oven exceeds component limits. Verify that the oven shutdown thermal fuse is okay.
