Have a Whirlpool washing machine, LHA6800W1, with gearbox. Drum will NOT agitate at all. Drum/drive shaft (#20) spins free. Drum does NOT use cam-style agitator. Belt is fine, and don't see anything obviously broken. However, difficult to see entire operation of gearbox & connecting components. Drum spin-dries fine, just won't agitate. Magnet bar (#9) slides back & forth on "Cam, Bar Spin" (#12) and "Cam, Agitator & Pump" (#16). Something must connect this sliding mechanism to the drive shaft to allow it to agitate??? Just can't tell what is not connected or broken. Any ideas? Are there typical problems with this style gearbox/agitation mechanism??? Please help, don't know what to look for, without disassembling/dropping the entire garbox. Thank you.

FYI - AppliancePartsPros.com seem to be the only place showing a parts breakdown for this particular washing machine.
