My Fisher Paykel dryer runs once I turn the knob. It's suppose to come on when then button is pushed. What part needs to be replaced?

Unplug the dryer, open the control panel, remove one of the wires from the back of the start button switch and check it for continuity with your meter, with the button pressed and unpressed. If you have continuity with the button pressed, the problem is a stuck start button.
