The top rack is adjustable. When loaded it won't stay in the up position. If the rack is pulled out, it has a tendency to fall down. The clips that hold the rack in position are not doing there job! Also, the side rails the rack rides on appear to be made of extra heavy duty aluminum foil! Any one had this problem?

very cheap plastic rollers with pushclip type adjuster. frequent problem replace them all or plastic zip tie the adjusters in the up position.
