complaint was: washer not rinsing so I went there expecting to find a bad water valve or timer. What I saw was an Inverter type GE top load that never deep rinsed. I checked the tech sheet and cycle chart and noticed there was a long spin after wash and then a slow spin with a spray rinse. After that it goes to final spin. Anyone else had complaints on this?

yes, both GE and whirlpool have a failed attempt at this, the final "rinse" is just a spin where water is sprayed in, no agitation with a full tub

you will get complaints, and there is nothing that can be done about it, cause its a piss poor design, specially if the load has a few garments that are water repellant, like splash pants and they wind up on the outside of the load during this final "rinse/spin"

i have one of these GE type washers in an apartment building i service, it brings in a 1/4 of the money any of the other mashers do cause tenants have realised it does a crappy job

whirlpools attempt was a wee bit better, they tried to spay the water from 2 different angles during this rinse/spin, but it still left clothes crunchy
