LG LDF68110ST/02 is not washing top rack (largely w/ glasses satisfactorily). We use rinse aid. There are 2 upper sprayers, 1 above the top rack, 1 immediately below it (and above the lower tray where plates go). I've stopped the unit mid-operation and concluded that both the upper sprayers are dripping water, they are not spinning even though they would spin freely by hand. Said conclusion reached after multiple opens mid-operation and sprayer arms in same position even after letting it get up to speed / normal operation for a few minutes. Neither sprayer arm is impeded by plates. Ideas? Many thanks. Forgot to mention wife also reduced my beer allowance until fixed.

I can think of one item you might check, though it may be way off in your case. This happened to my in-laws' new Whirlpool Gold DW. A part had come loose and was lying in the bottom of the tub. It was the part at the end of the tube that supplies the wash arm under the top rack. It goes into the hole at the back to receive water. Without it, the tube was not getting any water, so the washarm did not spin, not that spinning without water would have helped.

Part # AJH31248604 NOTE: The lower wash arm & the 2 upper wash arms DO NOT wash all at once. The dishwasher MAIN BOARD will activate (by using a VARIO MOTOR which acts as a gate or valve) the lower wash arm for approx 90 secs & then re-direct water to the upper wash arms for approx 90 seconds---repeating throughout the cycle...
