I have a GE profile arctica side by side refriegerator model # PSH23SGNAFBS that has a disconnected hose near the water valve. There are 2 white/clear hoses that come down from inside the fridge from a hole above and directly behind the water valve. One hose loops under the valve and connects to the bottom part of the blue part of the valve. The other hose is disconnected. When I use the water dispenser water flows out of this hose. I have the service manual but I cannot see where this hose connects to . Where does it go? See attached for a picture of the hose. No water at the dispenser, it just comes out of this hose.

Can you visually follow that tube to the other end? Does it go to the water inlet valve?

The tube comes out of a hole from the main part of the fridge that is behind and above the water valve.

nevermind, found it. The tube was broken, the other end is behind the compressor. I probably need to get a new tube, right? Or can I patch the tube back together?

I'd replace as much of the tube as I could. The heat in that compartment makes the tube brittle and if it broke in that spot, it'll break again about an inch away= callback city.
