by what method did you verify the correct supply voltage? does either element get redhot or even warm to the touch? have you checked for the proper voltage at the element when heat is being called for? In a nutshell this is what's going on---The operation of both top and bottom ovens are erratic.I am sure not a incoming power issue .What will happen is sometimes both ovens will not heat at all or one will heat fine and the other will not heat at all.You can hear the relays click on then click off and unit will not send power to elements for the unit not heating.I am not sure if one board will cause problem or both boards(relay board)If the working oven starts to heat from turn-on it will heat to set temp. Thankyou in advance.I am having a bit of a problem trouble-shooting because I do not know the sequence of operation of this model.I assume the time board also controls voltages to relays on boards.

Ditto what K.I. said plus, did you check the wire nuts at the J-box and/or the connections at the terminal strip?? If these check out O.K. will move onto plan 'B'............... ( " Were are going live, folks " )

I would be pulling both the relay boards and checking for cold solder joints on the backsides of the boards. Wouldn't really be normal to see both ovens go out at the same time but from your description it sounds as this has been going on for awhile and kind of erratic sometimes working and sometimes not. Hearing the relay click is good, that says the ERC is talking to the relay boards and turning them on and off but if no power to elements or to only one leg of the element this all points to bad solder connections on the relay board at the main load carrying legs of the relays.

I pulled both relay boards and not notice any burn spots or solder joint problems.I am a commercial appliance tech myself but this one has me stumped. At 150.00 a pop I'm not sure which board to replace.Does one board feed the other board or what??? Thankyou for trying to help me out!!! P.S.the wiring diagram suck's they show no relay board detail. P.S.S This is my brothers oven and he's relying on me o-no !!
