Hi

I have this Pizza Oven, the brand of which isn't mentioned on the box or on the product (made in China). A picture of the device on the box has the brand "Ever Team" written on it. I'm attaching a picture and the link of the place I bought it from.

I've shattered the glass panel that is seen outside. The tray slides out alongwith the glass. The 4 screws seen do not hold the glass in place (they're on the inside). Is there any way I can replace the glass? The oven works perfectly fine, but without the glass its of no use

. I don't have any tools to cut a piece of metal or glass so I was looking for a replacement part but am unable to find any. Any suggestions?

Looks like this item has been discontinued for reasons unknown so you may be stuck with an electric boat anchor

Yeah, it's been discontinued but it's just a piece of glass. I just need to shape some heat resistant material and screw in a couple of holes in between. All I need to know is what kind of material I could use.

Piece of stainless steel will work...........draw the pattern with the cut out for the handle.......... most shop will cut it for you....... Tell them what you need it for and they will come up with the correct Gage/ thickness....

Here's a place that can cut glass to just about any size/shape you may need. There quite reasonable in price also.

They have tempered glass - withstands constant temps up to 470 degrees which may not be enough.

So you might need there Neoceram® which is commonly referred to as glass but it is actually a transparent ceramic. Neoceram is 3/16" or 5mm thick, NeoCeram® can take the heat. Continuous temperatures up to 1470° F (700° C).

or this, PyroCeram® is commonly referred to as glass but it is actually a transparent ceramic. Pyroceram is 1/8" or 3mm thick, The shock resistance of PyroCeram® is therefore normally limited only by the maximum operation temperature: Short Term Usage: 760° C / 1,400° F. Long Term Usage: 680° C / 1, 256° F.

The PyroCeram® would probably be what you would need for your application.

I can't open the picture to see the shape.
You might also call a wood stove store and ask for some high heat glass cut to your dementions.

I personaly like Tech 51's ideal, probably more affordable too.

well you cant cut glass once tempered so you cant have a range window glass cut to fit

you could however take a dremmel with a cutting wheel and gut the liner from a scrap stove and cut a piece of porcelin coated steel from the bottom of the oven liner, use goggels, pocelin shards fly when cut or drilled

for the cost you might just want to go to your local parts store that sells BBQ parts and see if they have a radiation shield that is large enough to cut the piece you need from, it would prolly be alot less work
