This microwave will not heat and the carousel dosen't turn. All functions work on keypad i.e. setting clock etc., but the microwave will not heat item when start is commanded. Express start and selected timed cook will not work. The interior light illuminates when door is open and goes out when closed. When start is pressed the timer counts down and a clicking sound is heard, but no carousel turn or interior light.
