The shocks on the drum went bad, and I didn't know it. One day, the motor quit turning. I took off the back and set it to wash a cycle. It fills with water, the timer knob winds through the cycle, the water pumps out but the drum doesn't turn. The belt is on, and one time through the entire wash cycle, just at the end befor final spin, the motor will kick in for a fraction of a second, move the drum about 1/8 of a turn, then no motor motor action. I don't have a manual. The unit was made in 2003. Where do I begin to trouble shoot this rascal?
