I have a no spin no agitate problem. The belts are fine. When in spin the flywheel spins but no tub spin is this a tranny or block etc?

Transmission pulley spins but the transmission doesn't? That's a bad transmission. These transmission were designed to be easy to rebuild. If it's yours and you wanted to keep it, may be something inexpensive like a fi-dollah pinion gear.
