I read a few forums on the F6 error trouble shooting ideas. So I started with unhooking and rehooking the wires from the MCU to the motor to verify no corrosion. Wash cycles range from one to six minutes before the F6 error appears. Unhooked the belt and the motor turns freely. I tried a diagnostic test. It ran through C:04 then it would go back to C:02 and flash. I think it is the MCU unit but I would like other ideas before making the purchase.

I unhooked the 3 blue wires from the mcu and tried to start the washer. It acted like it was going to go it locked the door it sounded like it was going to start putting water in it then a F11 error showed up.

yes it would because it lost communication with the mcu. you have to put your meter on pins 1 and 3 of those blue wires and THEN start the washer. you will get 5vdc just before it errors out. then check for 120vAC on the 2 pink wires. ohm out the motor by measuring the following points 1 to 2 = 6 ohms 1 to 3 = 6 ohms 2 to 3 = 6 ohms 4 to 5 = approx 114 ohms motor harness pin out: 1 Motor Windings 2 Motor Windings 3 Motor Windings 4 Tachometer 5 Tachometer 6 empty 7 ground
