I have a Whirlpool model GD5SHAXNB00. It makes ice fine. With cubed selected, ice bin off, freezer door open, and freezer door switch pressed in, you get nothing when pushing in the ice dispenser lever. If you select crushed, the item that engages the auger, spins. I'm thinking it is the solenoid for the cube/crusher but I don't see that on any blowouts. Any ideas?

Sorry for the late reply--Internet down for a bit. Opened coverplate to access motor and to check voltages. Noticed a bit of ice build-up so I removed it. It works now. I guess the ice was preventing a connection. Thanks for the help.
