Has any one tore one of these down to repair leak? It has an allen wrench fitting underneath tub. It is leaking from this area. Must be seal here? Need manual

yes. Its not terrible to do. you cannot replace the seal. you have to replace the tub. once that seal leaks, the bearings fail. the service manual does not have disassembly instructions. ill see if i can find the training disc at work today.

yep, Tronicsmasta is correct. You will have to replace the outer tub...may need to consult with the customer...Tub is about $250...about $400-$450 total repair job.
