Dishwasher has fill water coming out of vents at top of fill opening. ( Don't know exact name but it is where the black water line connects to side of dishwasher to run water into unit) It acts like it's plugged but I've taken it off, It's totally clear inside. I thought it might be the Black water line running to it but it has no holes. Is it possible to have to much water pressure?  When i had it off i ran the faucet into it fast and the water never backed up. But when it's hooked up the two small hole at the top have water backing out of them and thus onto the floor.
Anybody have any ideas as to what would cause this and how do i fix it?
  Thanks In advance.

Put the black fill hose in a bucket or cup and turn the machine to fill. How's the flow into the cup? Any debris come out?

ran into bucket seems to be alot of water pressure. Turned down inlet valve more than half way closed. Water doesn't come out now, but is this ok to reduce the flow?
Trying to run it through a complete cycle to see if it will still over flow out of the fill valve.

Do a test, after unit fills and begins to wash open the door and check the level...should be just below the element.
