So you're not seeing any difference in motor speed between the delicate and regular cycle? Not sure if that's the cause for the lintage but it's definitely a defect. Don't worry about the lint in the cabinet. It has no affect on what's going on inside the tub.

Yes, I recall those ar 1 speed motors, on delicate will agitate/pause/agitate etc

Thanks for the replies. Okay about the motor being one speed. And yes, I did notice the agitate/soak/agitate pattern. So what do I try next??
