It takes two spin cycles to get the water out of the clothes when it used to take 1 cycle. Any sugestions.

Lift lid on "empty" washer and push down on lid switch with screwdriver(lightly) while putting washer in spin mode. If basket seems to spin fast stop and add a load of clothes and start test again. If basket slows drastically you could have a bad drive block.

I have found a piece of cloting in the pump and also in the suction hose going to the pump many times in a case like that.
