Customers original complaint was f70 code and not start condition. Checked all connections on user interface and ccu. Following diagnostic chart ordered and replaced ccu. after install still no start. Pushing start button results in  three tones. I put it diagnostic mode which resulted in the door not locking and the following codes shown C:00, U:00, r:00 .  Door not locking lead me to order a door lock mech. Installed it and have same results!!!!  Any clues ?

Take bottom panel off, disconnect the blue harness at MCU and retest. The MCU may be loading down the DC supply and this quick test helps determine that.

Disconnected blue harness, plugged back in all systems returned to normal except will not progress to run position. Assumed it was mmu board and ordered will be here tomorrow. Customer lives in rural area at end of power line, required her to purchase a surge protector/ voltage regulator.

Got the MCU installed and machine runs like new. Find it interesting that none of the troubleshooting guides show this fix, you must be part genius..... Thanks for the help
