Does anybody know what's going on with Kenmore / Whirlpool bellows W10189283 ??? I've had two on order since December and two very pissed off customers... Everytime we get to the ETA, it is pushed back two more weeks... and this has been going on since I ordered the parts in Dec. PS this is in the appliance war forum because I have some customers who are ready to wage war with ME over this.....

I heard from someone over at Marcone that Whirlpool is having issues with the manufacturer of the bellows... they had too many leaking.... So my question is, why is it taking 4 months to straighten out?? Cant find another Chinese manufacturer to make these for pennies on the dollar??? geez.....

I'd like to know where it came from! My sources state ETA has been pushed back again, until sometime late next week.

I'm surprised Maytag never run out of the Neptune door boots when we were constantly installing the "boot enhancement" kits or "PHA kits." Every summer we would run out of the Techumseh compressors for the Amana built bottom mount refrigerators, so bad that Maytag actually replaced some customers refrigerators with brand new ones just to save face.

They made them thinner to help with the vibration problems. Two wrongs don't make a right. This is the mexican buit machine, el mucho sucko!
