Have the single fridge model 253. Remodeling bath room and power was flipped on and off multiple times. The fridge it is no longer turning on. Would the capacitor have gone up or the starter ?

Need a complete model #....was ther frige working before the power interuption? How long ago did this happen? If it was moments ago the compressor is probably off on the overload and will come on in 15 min. Or so...if it happend earlier in the day. And its still not running you will need to get a meter and verify that you are getting 120VAC to the compressor relay.
