we have a he2 on a pedalstel that we can not get to stop shaking, we have tryed everything, only thing we can come up with is something got jossled when the customer moved the unit from one house to the other and did not install the shipping bolts, anyone run into this kind of problem. thanks for the help

Check the lower shocks,  could have come apart when tipped onto their side to  handtruck.................

shocks are all good modle #110.47511701 only thing i can think of is maybe the springs that support the basket got streched.

Doubt the springs got stretched, something else would have most likely have gotten damaged as well...would have had to take a hell of a blow. How's the floor in the laundry room?

floor seems to be ok the dryer shakes a little bit when the washer is in high speed spin.

i dont recommend replacing parts unless they are obviously broken as all it will do is waste your time and money

I agree with NCSU_laundry_tech 100%.  I knew it was pointless and stupid but I replaced the upper springs and the lower dampers with no results on this unit.  I really did'nt figure it would help but it was all covered, no cost to customer.  The upper springs were really squeaking.
