Hello,

I just installed a DS603 and on the first test cycle, I received the F! error, flood sensor. Bottom tray was flooded. It seems that the leak was caused by the lid not closing. I have the service manual, and my unit has the three button LED and not a LCD screen. How do I enter the diagnostic hardware section with this three button? I might just be mis understanding the manual?

Thanks JR

make sure no buttons are lit up.

DishDrawer Diagnostics
DishDrawer Diagnostics can only be entered in Power Off mode, ie. When there is no display on the LCD or the
badge LED’s are off. Diagnostics is entered by holding the Keylock and Start/Pause buttons simultaneously for 5
seconds. Ensure that Keylock is pushed first.

Hello,

Thank you for the response. I can get into the diagnostic, but do not know which buttons to push to active the hardware test?

Thanks JR

Fixed,

Come to find out, after figuring out the hardware test function, the right side motor assembly was not working. It was unplugged from the circuit board. Works fine now.

Thank you
