hi thanks for responding ! went back with code info pulled front panel turned washer on looked and looked and looked for LED light.

Try turning lights off in the room , maybe then you'll be able to see the light.

where might I fined this fuse? and how would it affect motor ? I have voltage at board. could anyone tell me want type of warranty comes with this model (parts & labor) because this washer isn't very old so I'm told. and I can't believe they want help these people

1 yr.on warranty. the fuse is inline fuse above the capacitor white/red tracer, if fuse is blown usually the motor is also,

ok everyone thanks ! for the advise my friend has decide theirs no need to come back . she plans to battle with seller over the fact that the washer only worked proper 3or 4 months they came out worked on/ put a part said everthing was ok it acted up again they came out said it just needs resetting all is fine. next day it quit again they now claim warranty is out. so she let it sit 5 month then called me . why I dont know . but thanks again! I'm sure I'll need your help on another project soon see you then

You can reset those motors and get away with it sometimes. Unplug the washer for a minute or so and after you plug it back in, lift and close the lid 5 times. IF that doesn't do the trick you're back to the motor and fuselink.
