KitchenAid

Model KAWS750GQ1

Serial CK1035588

Type 111

The issue that I am having is that when the unit goes into spin you just hear the motor spin. Talking with my dad he said typically there is a coupler in there that breaks. Before I go digging into this unit I wanted to try and see what information people have to share with me on this topic.

What is the best approach?

How much or what do I have to take apart to access this?

Thanks

before trying anything else,

During "Spin", after the water has been Pumped out, raise the Lid for a few seconds and close it again ...

any Spin  ?

no agitate, no spin, just a noise that sounds like the motor running....
