I have a Whirlpool Dehumidifier model # AD40USR1 that doesn't seem to be working at 100%. After turning it on, the first 2 rows in the evaporator frost up, and after a couple of minutes the frost goes away, and they just sweat. After it's been running a few more minutes, the entire evaporator sweats, even all the way back to the compressor. The fan seems to be moving the air fine, but it just doesn't collect much water. It has two access valves, so I hooked my gauges up to them and at 80 degree room temperature, the pressure is about 125-130 psi.

Any ideas?

So the system has obviously been accessed previously; you didn't mention what gas you are running (assume it's 134A), or what the suction pressure is, 125 sound low for 80 degrees, perhaps you have a leak or restriction - best to vacuum down and recharge
