either a bad Speed Switch or Timer ..

 

check Speed Switch Red/White to ground

Thanks so much for all of your time and help.I checked power into the speed switch from timer,have it there,but bad voltage or no voltage out must be a bad switch.Thanks so much.

No,they have decided to replace this thing and it was moved outside in the back somewhere.Thanks to all you guys who have helped me on this thing.This is such a good site with very helpfuf people who know what they are doing and are good at it.Thanks again.
