Ever replace the main rear bearing on a frigidaire?? There are no threads on the drum end of the bearing assy..........How about the timers on some Whirlpool dryers?? No threads there either...........This is a handy tool, comes with three taps... Sears craftsman Tap Driver 9-52171.............Once you use this, you will not use the screws to cut the threads in the offending items.................. 4/09 .P.S. did a K/M range, 790.96312400..hinge replacement kit, 8 holes to be tapped,........piece of cake with tool Last edited on Wed Apr 29th, 2009 03:47 pm by certified tech group 51 |
