I have a customer that has four (4) speed queen dryers The complaint was 1 dryer is too hot...I measured all four dryers at the exhaust vents, all average/ nominal temps are 200 deg. (f) ..The vents are still attached, duct length apx. 20 feet....these units are stacked (bears to move) ducts are clean/clear. Just rebuilt the duct systems and the four dryers. New belts, rollers, front glides, some received new t-stats. one recieved a new orifice, ( not the hot one) vacuumed every piece of lint and sand in every crevace, blower wheel, burner tube, lint chute..........Is this the correct operating temps for these units? How would I make them operate cooler?..... These are LPG powered, been in the same location for at least 6 years..... units refurbished in april of 2008...
