Do you have a clamp-on amp meter? Test the current draw at the compressor.... possible failing run winding or run capacitor

you will be at the rear of the unit, compressor area.... I do not have a wire diagram, but there will be a  blue or orange wire to measure at the compressor, wires into the start package .......Starting current could be up to 12amps. start for 1-2 seconds then drops to 1-2 amps. run...(start winding then to run winding)   Maybe someone else has a wire diagram with correct wire colors.....

I don't know what the difference is, but there's (2) Wiring Diagrams for that model depending on if the BOM/Manufacturing Number is:

P1321503W L
OR
P1325002W L

it is using 1.3A running. does go to 12A at start up, compressor takes a few minutes to run though. im on a black wire should be the hot wire. believe the white wire is the neutral.

aahhh.. should've mentioned that in your first message...

The Temperature Control is for the Freezer.

If the Freezer temperature is OK, the Compressor won't run.

The Evaporator Coils may be frosted/clogged (Defrost problem) , take a llook.

OK if it was right after a Defrost Cycle...

Check it again after a few hours...

Does the Fridge Light turn off when the Fridge Door is closed (not just pushing the switch)

The refer is up and running?  how long did the amps. take to go form 12amps. (start) to 1.2 amps. (run)?  Set your cold control to factory setting, get a good thermometer and put it in the freezer section.....should be 0 to plus 5 degs.   Did you unplug  and then plug the refer back in within five minutes of each...The unit will not start with  ' high head pressure' I.E. the refrigerant system has to balance  out equally on both sides of the compressor.......... the compressor will try and start  but shuts off on the thermal overload.....

MIGHT TAKE A WHILE TO GET TO THAT TEMP IN THE FREEZER. ITS AROUND 30 RIGHT NOW. CANT  MAKE SENSE OF THIS ONE. THERE WAS SOME ICE NEAR EVAPORATOR IN FAR LEFT CORNER. CONCERNED THAT THIS MIGHT BLOCK VENT IN FRIDGE ABOVE.???? THERE DOES SEEM TO BE AIR COMING OUT OF THE DAMPNER IN THE FRIDGE AT TOP CENTER
