After self-cleaning, the electronic controls will not let you set a temp for the oven. Neither bake nor broil will work. After you select bake/broil, the display shows dashes for you to push the up or down arrow to set the temp. Now, the display still shows the dashes but as soon as you push either the up or down arrow the display returns immediately to displaying the clock (time). I have turned off the power for 15 minutes, pressed the cancel button for 15 seconds, but still the same problem. Any ideas? The oven is 10 years old.

did you try hitting "Cancel" when the - - shows ? are there any Fault Codes? "To see the exact description of the fault code, unplug the appliance and plug it again. When PF appears on the control, touch both BAKE and BROIL pad at the same time for 3 seconds, then touch the KITCHEN TIMER pad." sorry...didn't see the rest of your question before I replied. Yes, I did hit cancel with the "---" shows. No, there are no fault codes or PF showing once I unplug/replug. It just displays 12:00

the "PF" (Power Failure) should show up when you plug it back in.

No, PF does not display after the power is interupted (for the last 10 years, it just shows 12:00 after the power has been interupted). I just unpluged and repluged again and it immediately shows 12:00...never PF.
