Hello...I have been reading your site trying to use all of the wonderful info on here, but unfortunately I am stuck...  My washer will not agitate...It does all the other functions it is supposed to do. My husband took off the agitator fins and we have reached the bolt, but it is rusted and cracked...now what??  Do we try to remove it anyway??:?  model #wpsr3120

thanks for the help,

Chris

MSN Groups- the bane of my existence. They shut down and took all my links with 'em.

If you're having a problem, go ahead and start a new topic in this forum and we'll jawbone on it.
