Thank you, oh great appliance guru! Last week, a pencil fell into the fan/lint duct thingy of my dryer. Granted, this probably sounds like a no brainer to most members, but, I had no clue. I knew the pencil could be found and removed from the bottom of the duct...but I had no clue where that might be or how to access it. Your great images of repair steps on your website and your clear directions in previous posts showed me exactly what I needed to do. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and presenting it in a way that we lowly novices can understand. Erinj
