GW 609 AV smart drive excellence

I have a problem with the above  all resistances are ok (motor ,pump valves  etc) cannot get it into diagnostic mode   no lights  does this mean a new Motor control module  if so how do i know that it is not just the touchscreen board is there a test to isolate  problem  any ideas ??????

Is the only problem that it won't go into diagnostic mode?  Does it work fine otherwise?

Traced white wire to pump, found broken about half way down wiring loom, repaired and found all is working fine. Thanks for your reply.
