Model number please.

F34 = "Ha Ha"

F39 = "You paid too much"

Seriously, if you call Bosch/Thermador with the model they can help you with the error codes. Have you looked behind the control panel for a tech sheet?

I have also seen the cooling fan(s) get clogged with dust and become unable to move enough air to actuate the sail switches. Big annoying job to pull that beast out to check.

So you are a real tech! All hail Warren Brown! Savior of all who work on double ovens. Still a pain in the butt, especially if the electrician was an idiot and put the box in the basement below and wired it in with no room to move it out or if the cabinet guy put in a bunch of loose shims cause he couldn't build a level floor.

Sounds very smart. My knee seems to be at just the right height to support the door. I'll try that method next time.

I hope this helps this needs to be a sticky  this covers all THERMADOR COOKING PRODUCTS

Thermador

HOW TO INTERPRET CODES

When a fault occurs, the control will flash the blue oven “on light” and the Blue “heating light” sequentially to

indicate the fault. The fault codes have two numbers, these numbers are interpreted by the number of times the

lights flash. The oven “on light” will flash indicating the first number, and the “heating light” will flash indicating

the second number.

EXAMPLE:

Error E9 is…. No Cooling Fans. The code is 43. The oven “on light” will flash four times, then the “heating light”

will flash three times, then pause. The sequence will then repeat as long as the fault is present.

this can be printed and kept in the service truck for reference material , if you notice they cover all ovens e.g. if it starts with CM-CMT . the code for one is the same FOR THE OTHERS the #`s refer to size and features the  -/01 - 06 refers to upgrades or changes made to the same production model

How is the air flow? Do you feel there is enough air moving to actuate the switch? Can you see/sense the switch moving when the fan comes on?
