I'm a newbie so please advise if I'm in the wrong forum. I would like a recommendation for an 30 inch electric cooktop. I am replacing a 13 year old GE Profile but I would like to avoid GE. I also need some insight about electronic controls. Are they worth the extra money or am I risking an expensive repair in the future? Thanks. Ann
