My whirlpool electric dryer was going through a drying cycle, when it just stopped. I checked the outlet and the circuit breaker, both was ok. What would cause the dryer to just stop like that? Worried in LA,

First thing - model number? Should be on a label inside the door, a combination of about 11 numbers/letters. Give us that, then we can see what you actually have.

Bargeg, since you have checked your power source and it checks good, you probabley have a bad thermal fuse. On a electric dryer is this fuse goes bad, it will stop the dryer. The fuse is located behind the back panel just to the left of the blower vent. You can jump this fuse to make sure this is the problem but don't leave it like that. The Samari probabley has some pictures on the site you can look at. Just make sure to unplug the dryer before you go poking around back there...Ron
