 My icemaker tray continually ends up a mold creation.  Over 50% of the ice forms one big chunk that I have to remove/break up.  I have read that these icemakers tend to have cracked ice trays in these icemakers.  Can someone explain to me what I need to do to repair this problem.  I tried to take the front cover off of the icemaker and it won't come off.  Is there a certain way to unclip/unlatch it without breaking it?

Please send me some help ASAP.
