Yes, pulley that I am writing about is # 20.
I see # 12 but what is its function there? Is it supposed to be attached to the L-shaped duct? Incodentally, that L-shaped duct has 3 holes in it, is that cap # 12 covering the holes? (I covered them with duct tape for time being as the lint just blowing inside the dryer gut thru them.)
