The lights (2 x 60W) stayed on and created so much heat that the plastic melted and created that horrible burning plastic smell and ruined the housing.  A search on google revealed that this has happened to many and one said it caused a fire.

Perhaps you can recommend where I can buy a replacement board.  I tried the link here in the forum for parts and there are lots of boards that are close but not exact.

Here is the PN:

6871JB1375.

Mine has an E written at the end of it.   Does anyone know if there is a newer version perhaps to address this specific problem?

I think it is one of the Omron relays that is responsible for controlling the lights which has failed.   The door switches test ok.  Apparently the lights go out if a door is left open for longer than around 7 minutes so I think there must be a timer controlling the relay.    I'd rather swap the board however if I can get one for a reasonable price.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

Cheers!
